Paula
Paula is the owner and founder of Paula's Preschool. She started this business 30 years ago with the motivation of staying home with her own children and continued long after both left the home because of her love of this industry. She is well-versed in the everyday care of children aged 6 months-6 years. She has perfected her own preschool program equipped with the most updated curriculum and the tools to prepare children for a successful transition to kindergarten.
Paula has spent many years studying Early Childhood Development and has over 35 years of experience working with children of all ages.
Rebecka
Rebecka is Paula's primary assistant and has worked within this facility for 5 years but has 23 years of experience working with children of all ages. She is a dedicated professional and assists with all of the day to day functions of the facility. Attending to the children's social, emotional, and academic well being. She is a loving and care-free friend to all of the children and plays a major role in not only running the facility but also creating a safe and fun environment for the children.
Marissa
Marissa is Paula's daughter and frequently works at the preschool on her school breaks. She currently attends UCSB studying feminist studies, applied psychology, and education. She will be attending Washington University in St. Louis in the Fall in their Masters of Social Work Program. She has over five years experience working with children of all ages and has knowledge on early childhood education. She primarily works the admin side of the business but throughly enjoys bonding with all of the children.
